I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the service I have received from DreamWorx. All of my questions were answered promptly, courteously and even correctly! (A very novel approach.) As promised, my web site was accessible in 24 hours and everything worked as it should.

For the first time in much too long a time, I feel that I'm being treated as a customer instead of an irritation or a problem to be disposed of as soon as possible. I realize that a host must place some limit on phone access to their staff and I respect that. However, other hosts obviously go out of their way to make it very difficult and unpleasant to actually talk to someone.
